Here are some tips to keep them fresh
When picking up your items make sure to have your car nice & cool & drive carefully!
ALWAYS hold the box from the bottom. The sides and “handles” of the box aren’t very sturdy
Transport pastries on a flat, level surface, ensuring the box is securely in place with no room to slide or tip over. Keep in mind car seats are slightly angled & not the best for desserts. The floorboards are the safest place for your order.
Store pastries in the fridge until serving time. Cheesecake is a bit different though! It tastes best closer to room temperature
Don’t leave ANY desserts out for more than 2 hours
