Here's a bit about me...

I got introduced to baking & pastry when I took a job working as a donut fryer & icer after high school. That experience led me to discover my enjoyment for baking & a love of creativity through sweets. Creating with ingredients gives me joy & i love being able to bring happiness to others when I share those creations.

I attended the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and Graduated in Baking and Pastry Arts. It was one of the best things I've been able to experience.
